Kamo
Kamo is another suburb of Whangarei in Northland, NZ. It lies on the road in the north of the city, requiring a visitor to turn west at the town centre and drive west up the hill towards the old volcanic cone. Before that point is reached a signpost on the left indicates the cemetery, which is some distance back towards and overlooking the main city. This is probably the second cemetery of Whangarei in historical terms, with only the Mission one in Rust Ave (now merely a park with a plaque) and the one at the edge of the industrial area as one enters town from the south.
