The cemetery itself is close to the road, a small fenced enclosure shared with a considerable number of trees. Some caring person has carefully added hand-written labels to many of the older graves that would be otherwise unmarked: Bravo! Generally it is a peaceful place still connected to the world by the hum of sparse traffic on the road.

This cemetery is under the care of the Emerald Shire Council, and they maintain a list of interments, although these records are less extensive than one might expect. The additional names culled from their list are included here. All graves are included irrespective of date.
